Description

Stöten, Boat 97 (Båtbuss 97), is a charming wooden boat that takes you from the pier Vålösundsbryggan to the islands of Vålön in Kristinehamn's beautiful archipelago during the summer.

The boat runs daily after Midsummer (June 22) until August 9. After that, it also operates on the following two weekends: August 15–16 and August 22–23.

Vålön is known as a paradise for families with children, thanks to its shallow sandy beaches at Sandvikarna and a fun playground in the sand. This is also where the Hiking Värmland trail “Tre Öars Led” (Three Islands Trail) begins, taking you across footbridges between Vålön, Kalvön, and Sibberön. Read more about the islands here. (only in swedish)
