Sockerslottet

Shop and café in historic Sockerslottet in Kristinehamn, with handmade chocolates, cakes, pastries and selected products.

Sockerslottet is located in central Kristinehamn, in a former Baptist church from 1892. The building has been renovated and today includes a hotel, a shop and café/serving in a historic setting.

Sockerslottet is run by Gunilla Wall, cake artist and chocolate maker.

Sockerslottet’s shop offers handmade chocolates and selected products such as liquorice, coffee, tea, porcelain, tins, jewellery, bags and clothing. The chocolates can also be bought through Sockerslottet’s online shop.

Sockerslottet also offers pastries and cakes to order. These include cakes, savoury sandwich cakes, handmade chocolates and other baked goods by agreement.

Sockerslottet arranges Afternoon Tea on selected weekends during the year. A fixed menu is served, including sandwiches, scones, small sweet pastries and tea.
