Perssons i backen opened their new restaurant in 2021. It sits by Stenbordsvägen in the middle of Sjötorp and from the outside seating you have a nice view of the canal and lake. Here, you can enjoy fresh fish and chips with fish caught by the restaurant itself in lake Vänern. Choose between among other things perch and pike and multiple sauces. Easy and tasty!
