The local brewery "Bryggeriet i Mariestad" is located in the city center on Esplanaden 4. The great interest and commitment at the owners has led to the brewery's success and several local beers are produced here. On some nights the brewery's Tap Room is open where you can taste the beer, have something good to eat and just hang out with your friends.
The beer is also served at the restaurant "Sill & Dynamit" in the guest harbor.
